Isaac & Spencer

These little guys were my second set of twins, and oh I loved them so!  They were around 8 weeks old when them came to see me, so not exactly newborns anymore, but still just as cute.  Isaac and Spencer already have 3 older brothers in the family, and their mother is amazing.  The entire time they were here she was so calm and relaxed and it seemed as though she knew what those babies were thinking before they did.  There was not one ounce of stress or concern....yep, I was in awe!  And when it was time for them to be changed, the mom and grandma had a system down before you could even blink your eye.  At the end of the session they were getting tired, so they each held one of the boys, I changed out some of my props and by the time I turned around, both, yes both of the boys were completely asleep...AMAZING!

Okay so enough of me drooling in words over this family...here are some of the photographs!

Isaac & Spencer, I absolutely cannot wait to see you both again and hopefully be able to watch you grow!

Micah & Kyle

Okay so I realize each time that I am able to have a photo shoot with my own children that I simply do not do this enough!  We had some balmy 68 degrees temperatures here in Missouri, so I wanted to take advantage of.  In the midst of going to the park and out for ice cream, we also went to the downtown area for these shots.  Wow, they did great!  It is definitely getting easier to get their photos by myself now that my youngest is getting a bit older.

Here are a few of my favorites....

This next one is a perfect reflection of how they are...little one always looking up to his big brother!

They really wanted to try out all the furniture outside this flea market.

I can honestly say that yes there is some bickering and fighting that goes on, but they really are best friends which is just absolutely heart warming to me!  I love my boys!

Gavin

Apparently, Gavin who is 3 years old does not like to have his picture taken, but tagged along with his mom to his twin brothers photo shoot.  By the end of their time with me Gavin had warmed up to me quite a bit so I made sure to snap a few of him as well.  I mean how could I resist...he is one of the cutest boys I have ever seen and well behaved too (I find this to be an amazing characteristic when seen in young boys)  lol.  It is why I love boys so much!  They might seem ornery, but deep down you catch moments like this that will just melt your heart!

Thanks again Gavin for coming to see me!  You did great and I really do hope to see you again soon.

March Photography Specials

There are quite a few exciting things that are going on this month that I wanted to share with everyone.

First if you have not went over to check out my fanpage on facebook, please do so (click here)!   Right now I am just building up the fan base and posting about contests, giveaways, and even an occasional sneak peak of a photo session.  Eventually I am going to start having themed days here and there (offering tidbits for moms, brides, dad's, etc.) and also offer specials for certain days and also coupons that only the facebook fans will be able to hear about!  Until the end of March I am holding a referral contest for my fanpage.  This means the person who has the most referrals will win a FREE session (at least a $50 value).  All you have to do is send a message to your friends and family so they can become fans too.  Then they can just send me a quick message telling me who referred them and voi-la!  It's that easy.  This session can take place anywhere of your choice, my studio, a park, your home, you name it, it's yours free of charge...just help spread the word!

I also still have just a couple of slots left for the mini Easter sessions on March 28th!  These are 30 minute in-studio sessions.  You can have your choice of either a $15 session fee and then choose from whatever regular portrait package or prices OR for $60 you get the session fee, 2 5x7's and 3 4x6's.  As always there is never a limit of poses.  You pick your portraits once they are ready in about 2 to 4 weeks.

2011 Seniors...interested in being a Senior Rep?  You should be, because it means you get free photos!  Oh and at Heather Hoadley Photography, every Senior is a Senior Rep for 2011.  Once your photos are ready, I will give you 8 wallet sized photos that will have a photo of you along with things like "Free 2 dozen wallets" or "Free 8x10" or "2 Free 5x7's" written on the front.  You pass these out to 8 friends and recommend them to come to my studio...once they schedule their session and give me your photo card, the free items are yours!  You just tell me which pose to use and I will get the order placed immediately!

2011 Brides....will you or someone you know be getting married within the year?  I know we are in serious times with the economy and having to plan such a big day on a tight budget can be extremely tough.  Your wedding photos are one of the most important parts of the day...those are your memories and what you will be looking back on for years and years to come.  Therefore I would like to extend an offer of $500 off for the next 3 brides to sign up for Heather Hoadley Photography for their wedding services.

Spring has sprung, so lets get out and enjoy some sunshine!
